Customer: Global Federal Agency

Project: Serve as the consulting lead for an Oracle ERP & Primavera Enterprise global implementation.  The engagement included the integration of client business processes into Computer Off The Shelf (COTS) applications.  The project encompassed the integration of Oracle Projects with Primavera Enterprise Project Management via a middleware application.  The project data was eventually interfaced into a legacy financial system.  Users accessed the product suite through an Oracle Portal for a common gateway for both access and enterprise reporting.

Results: Successful, global implementation that received an award at the Primavera Annual Conference.
