- Conducted certified Primavera software training utilizing Primavera courseware.
- Acted as Project Lead / Senior Implementation Consultant enabling clients to tailor the Primavera Enterprise software and Oracle Projects to meet the client’s functional and technical requirements.
- Created methodologies and frameworks that captured common business practices and processes to reduce redundancy and risk.
- Provided daily Operation and Maintenance (O&M) support of a client base of 10,000+ users in an enterprise environment. Tasks included debugging issues, addressing bug, and creating functional/technical software specsifications.
- Served as testing lead for System Integration Testing (SIT) and System Acceptance Testing (SAT) prior to deployment to 70+ global sites.
- Performed Primavera application upgrades and installation of all client-server and web-based components.
- Maintained a clustered Citrix farm for client-server applications and clustered myPrimavera (BEA with SSL) farm for web-based applications.
